I do not sell your personal information or give other businesses your email address so they can market their own products or services to you.

6.

Who I share information with

I may share personal information with service providers where necessary to operate Bea & Eve, including:

  • Wix: which hosts my website and provides website-related services.

  • Brevo: which I use to manage email subscriptions and send email updates.

These providers process information in connection with the services they provide. Their own privacy and data protection terms may also apply.

I may also disclose personal information where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect my rights.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards will be required where applicable under data protection law.

7.

How long I keep your information

I keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes explained in this policy, taking account of any legal requirements.

Email subscribers: I keep your information while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, I may retain a limited record of your preference to ensure I do not contact you again.

Enquiries: I keep messages for as long as needed to respond and deal with any follow-up.

Website usage information: retention depends on the relevant Wix features, analytics tools and their settings.

I review the information I hold and delete it when it is no longer needed.

8.
